I have been waiting to start this program for years now. I am so thrilled that it has finally started. Each day is designed to give me another tool to use as a professional in a classroom. I have enjoyed being challenged with reading and paper writing that has allowed me to critically think about how I want to teach. It has been challenging and rewarding and so far a very worth exciting trip.

- Hello, Welcome to Julie Heard’s Blogfolio. Moving back home to Juneau Alaska and seeking my masters of teaching is my latest great adventure. I have no regrets moving back to Juneau because it is the most exquisite place on earth. This winter, I have taken up a new hobby of cross country skiing. My favorite passed time has been skiing by moonlight at Eaglecreast. It’s amazing how much light the moon gives when it’s reflecting off the snow. I teach Health and Physical Education at Juneau Douglas High School and attend class at University of Alaska Southeast. I thank you for taking time to view my blogfolio.
